POWER IN THE SEED AND THE FOUNDATION
A picture is worth a Thousand words
My friends as we can see in the adjacent photograph, this small flower made its way through the solid cemented ground. This photograph was recently taken by a sister in Christ (one of the core founding members of this website).This photograph speaks volumes about so many things and aspects. But we will just see few things here:-
This flower is standing alone and erect, even though it is small in size . Amidst adverse situation it is still standing. The blooming flower or as a matter of fact any plant needs Good Soil to grow and proper nourishment. But this flower is on a cemented ground(bricks), trying to blossom on its own. It is standing all alone. No immediate visible plant or Good soil is there to help it out. This can be a source of inspiration for many, encouragement for many. This flower is on human made bricks and slab. Bricks represent the work of man while stones represent the work and creation of God. If you are standing alone in life and there is no one to help you my friends kindly be encouraged, God will help you to stand on the Rock that is Lord JESUS CHRIST. It also depicts the power of a seed. Some seed must have gone into the ground and the result is visible that the flower was born out of a sown seed. Bible says in Genesis 8:22
“While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, And cold and heat, And summer and winter, And day and night Shall not cease.”
My friends the seed time and harvest will continue till the Lord comes back or till the earth continues to exist. The seed has enormous power in itself. Though small in size, it carries enormous potential to bring forth a mighty harvest. It carries so many lives in itself. It dies and then brings forth Fruit or Harvest through which many are fed. My friends when we die to self, it is then when we bear the Fruit of The HOLY SPIRIT. Then many can be blessed through us. Seed can be in any form whether it may be eatables, money, talent, good or bad deeds, good or bad words, even prayers that we offer, the Word of God that we preach or teach and so much more. If we sow anger, we will reap anger, if we sow jealousy in our hearts then many times more the harvest will be reaped in the form of jealousy from others. If we sow Goodness, we will reap Goodness many folds. If we sow disaccord/division among believers, then obviously sooner or later that one will reap the same many folds. If somebody is defamed by the other then obviously he/she will too reap the same sooner or later in multiple folds. Therefore if we sow Love for others and Prayers for others or the Word of God into other’s heart then by God’s Grace we will reap many fold harvest. Many people will Pray for You. Lord JESUS is not a debtor of any person, HE will surely reward you many folds for the Good that you do.
Galatians 6:7 says
Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.
Galatians 6:9 says
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
My friends don’t give up Praying, Doing Good. Even though you may feel lonely but remember God is with You. Meditate on the given picture and many lessons are to be learnt.
