Genesis 8:22 says
“While the earth remains, Seed time and harvest, And cold and heat, And summer and winter, And day and night Shall not cease.”
The harvest is always dependent on seed.The Bible says in
Psalm 85:12
Indeed, the LORD will give what is good, And our land will yield its produce.
Psalm 107:37
And sow fields and plant vineyards, And gather a fruitful harvest.
Yes,The Lord Blesses HIS people with fruitful harvest.Lord Blesses HIS people with what is good because HE is a Good GOD and goodness is the fruit of The HOLY SPIRIT.
This is the time of Feast of Tabernacles.The time is there when final Harvest will be reaped.
Yes as long as there is seed,there will always be a Harvest.There are many things that a Good Harvest needs:-
Good Seed,Good Soil,Good manure,Good amount of water,Sufficient amount sunlight,Good Harvester(farmer)
Bible speaks so much about seed,time and harvest.Lord JESUS told about a Parable where HE mentions that a seed that falls on Good Soil brings forth 30,60 and 100 folds harvest.My friends there are various Revelations concerning the Harvest of various proportions.The seed is the Word of GOD sown into the hearts/lives of the people(field/soil).
Lord JESUS said in Matthew 9:37
Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.”
John 4:35
“Do you not say,’There are still four months and then comes the harvest’?.Behold I say to you,lift up Your eyes and look at the fields,for they are already white for harvest!”
Yes,the time has come and in fact we have already entered that time when the Harvest is ready.This generation will reap the Final Golden Harvest. The seed that has been sown for years by the men and women of God,the sweat and blood that has been shed on the ground will bring forth mighty harvest certainly.This is the Generation that will reap the Blessed harvest.The harvest for the people of God is the salvation of souls of billions of people who are yet to hear the Gospel of Lord JESUS CHRIST.God has been waiting patiently for such a time as this.
Psalm 67:6
The earth has yielded its produce; God, our God, blesses us.
Yes the Lord Blesses the earth for HIS people.The yield,the produce shall be blessed.My friends even if you have preached or prayed for just 1 soul faithfully(even many months or years ago),Lord has not forgotten that and will bless the seed.May be you have sown the seed but Lord may send someone else to reap the harvest.The specialty of that harvest is that it is many folds.But as in the above verse,God needs Good Harvesters.A Good harvest needs Good soil,the heart and the minds of the people have to be ready to receive the seed and for that tilling of ground is a must.In these last days HOLY SPIRIT will convict the hearts of the people to hear,receive,meditate,understand the Word of God.(John 16:8).HOLY SPIRIT will be poured upon all flesh(Joel 2:28,29) in these last days.This will not be a rocky ground or the devil won’t be able to steal the Seed sown in the lives of the people.No cares of the world or riches of the world will be able to bother this final harvest.They will be selfless,faceless,nameless people living and dying for CHRIST.Water/moisture is the HOLY SPIRIT.Yes when The HOLY SPIRIT hovers upon the Word of God Creativity takes place(Genesis 1).HOLY SPIRIT is ready to move in an unprecedented manner in the last days.Sun or scorching heat is necessary for Good crop/harvest i.e. Tribulations,persecutions,trials,tests will refine people of God like Gold(Acts 4).This Harvest will be taught and prepared by the Lord HIMSELF.Good manure is the Solid foundation laid on the foundation of Lord JESUS CHRIST i.e. The Pure,uncompromising Gospel with Faith building signs,wonders and miracles confirming the Word of God.For this God ordained Teachers,Apostles and Prophets to teach the secrets of God under the unction of The HOLY SPIRIT.Good farmer is the one who tills the land during season.He takes care of His field,provides proper nourishment to the seed and the plant.He is vigilant in what he does.He guards the field night and day.Last days harvesters are like that.They have to be awake and vigilant,provide proper nourishment i.e. the Word of God(preaching and teaching) and prayer to the souls getting saved.They have to be sacrificial and selfless in nature.The farmer patiently waits for the harvest.Lord JESUS has been waiting patiently for this harvest for past 2000 years.Many were saved in the first century church but then came the religious system and many denominations and as a result many souls were lost to the world but not now.
There are various kinds of Harvests in the Bible.
